What is Square Dancing?
- Square Dancing is friendship set to music.
- Everyone is welcome!
- If you can walk briskly and you know your left from your right, you can Square Dance.
- All genres of music are played. We dance to rock, country, jazz, pop…
- A square for square Dancing is comprised of 8 people performing moves (calls) given by a Caller. All 8 dancers perform the calls together in a sometimes hilarious, but always fun sequence.
- Interested? Stop by and watch for a few minutes. Better yet, join us for lessons and experience the joy!
- We hear from so many people “I never dreamed how much fun this could be!”
- Square Dancing is inexpensive. Only $5 to $6 per week. We guarantee you’ll like it. If at the end of 3 weeks, it’s not for you, we will refund your money.

Whirl & Twirl Square Dance Club is a group of great people who love to square and round dance. We welcome everyone and as soon as you walk in the door, you will be welcomed with open arms and have new friends. We dance on Saturdays and this page will keep you abreast of dance times. Square Dancing is wonderful exercise that will help keep your body strong and balanced, your mind sharp, and your spirit happy. It’s for the young and the young at heart. Come dance with us.
